Rat Infested Attic in Lodi, CA

SERVPRO of Lodi was called out recently to see about removing rat infested insulation from an attic in an older home. The home was just sold and the new owners were surprised to hear the sound of little footsteps above their heads. Once the culprits were discovered a pest control company removed them and SERVPRO of Lodi was then called out. The insulation was contaminated with years of rat waste and a few critters that had been up there for what looked like a few decades! SERVPRO of Lodi was able to remove all the insulation along with the rat waste and then treat the attic and reinstall new insulation. Problem solved!
