SERVPRO of Lodi came out on an emergency water loss for us after a summer thunderstorm got one of our office wet. They were fast on arriving and got us dried out quickly. Thanks!

We've used SERVPRO of Lodi on 2 of our retail post construction cleanup jobs in the last 6 months, they've been on time and have cleaned everything requested. They were also able to take care of an emergency water damage we had, we will be happy to use them again on our future projects

So, I'm giving a HUGE SHOUT OUT and THANK YOU to Paul Anderson and SERVPRO. Last Friday about 25% of my office flooded. And mind you, this is the day before I'm leaving out of town for the weekend with no cell reception.

My first thought was, "I gotta call Paul Anderson from SERVPRO!" Without fail, Paul Anderson picks up and says, "Don't worry, I'll get you taken care of." SERVPRO was out here shortly afterwards with a crew cleaning up and setting up fans. 
 When the crew got here I asked them if I should cancel my trip. They said, "No, don't do that. If you have a key we can come back throughout the weekend and check on everything." 
 Monday I was back in business. 
 Talk about service! Thank you Paul Anderson, SERVPRO and your crew!!!

I had my office carpets cleaned last week by SERVPRO Lodi. They did the best job ever! They got out spots that other companies said they could not. My  carpets now look BRAND NEW! If you need your carpets cleaned, I highly recommend you give them a call.
